Returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. 

 

For domestic orders, we will also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

 

A restocking fee will apply if the items are returned with any physical damage, damaged packaging, or missing parts or accessories. However, if all original parts and packaging are intact and included in the return, no restocking fee will be charged.

Shipping

We offer shipping to any location within the United States, as well as most international addresses.

Free Shipping is a vailable for US orders ranging from $50 to $10,000. 

 

Order Processing and Shipping Times:

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
  • The cut-off time for same-day shipping is 3 PM CST.
  • Some items in your order may be shipped separately.

International Shipping:

  • International orders do not qualify for free shipping promotions.
  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
