J-Tech Digital is a US-based company, located in Stafford, Texas, providing professional AV and HDMI distribution solutions for residential and commercial applications.
J-Tech Digital accepts major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods available during checkout.
You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
For domestic orders, we will also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
A restocking fee will apply if the items are returned with any physical damage, damaged packaging, or missing parts or accessories. However, if all original parts and packaging are intact and included in the return, no restocking fee will be charged.

International Shipping:
- International orders do not qualify for free shipping promotions.
