Important Shipping Details

• Shipping Locations: We offer shipping to any location within the United States, as well as most international addresses.
• Free Shipping: Available for US orders ranging from $50 to $10,000.
• Order Processing and Shipping Times:
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
  • The cut-off time for same-day shipping is 3 PM CST.
  • Some items in your order may be shipped separately.
• Estimated Delivery: While we provide estimated shipping times for all products, these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
• Shipping Address: For successful delivery, we recommend shipping to a permanent address.

International Shipping

• International orders do not qualify for free shipping promotions.
• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Shipping Multiple Orders

• Orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will be shipped separately.

Shipping to Multiple Locations

• We cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations.
• To send items to different addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Address Changes

• Once an order is placed, we are unable to change or update the shipping address.
• Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order to ensure accuracy.
