Please note: Stranded cables will reduce performance significantly.
Patch cables, wall plates, connecting blocks may affect transmission distance. Please refer to HDBaseT™ Do’s & Don’ts and Best Practices (http://installers.hdbaset.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/Dos-and-Donts-WP.pdf)
While CAT5e can support 4K resolutions, transmission distances are greatly reduced versus using CAT6A or greater.
J-Tech Digital recommends T568A or T568B termination for optimal performance.
