*Please Note: If you are not able to get audio from either Optical or 3.5mm output ports, please check your input source audio settings and ensure that the audio output is set to either PCM (For 3.5mm output), or PCM, DTS, or Dolby Digital (For Optical output). If the input source device is outputting Dolby Digital+ (DD+) or higher audio format, the extractor will not pass audio through the audio output ports.
