What You Need for Setup
To complete your installation, prepare the following items:

(1) x JTD-3268 UVC to HDMI Converter
-
(1) x UVC-compatible USB camera
-
(1) x Display device (TV, monitor, projector, switcher, or capture card)

(1) x HDMI cable
-
(1) x USB cable compatible with your camera
- (Optional) USB mouse for on-screen settings adjustment
Installation Steps
1. Connect Your UVC Camera
Plug your camera’s USB cable into either USB1 or USB2 port on the converter.
2. Connect Your HDMI Display
Use an HDMI cable to connect the converter’s HDMI OUT port to your TV, monitor, projector, capture card, or switcher.
3. Power the Converter
Connect a 5V/2A USB-C power cable to the Type-C power port.
When powered, the camera will also charge automatically.
4. Turn On Devices
Power on your camera and display.
The indicator light on the converter will show the current connection status:

Flash every 2 seconds: No USB or HDMI device connected

Flash every 1 second: Camera connected, no HDMI display

Flash every 300ms: HDMI connected, but no camera

Solid blue: All connections functioning properly
Adjusting Video Settings (Optional)
To customize image or display settings:

Connect a USB mouse to USB1 or USB2.

Navigate the on-screen menu displayed through HDMI.

Troubleshooting Tips
No Signal on Display

Ensure the USB data cable is properly connected

Confirm your camera supports UVC output
Black Screen on Display/Capture Card

Make sure the converter is powered via USB-C

Connect HDMI directly to a display or capture card HDMI IN

Avoid connecting HDMI to a computer’s HDMI OUT port
Persistent Black Screen

Unplug all cables except USB-C power

Check indicator light behavior

Flashing blue: device booted correctly

No light: system malfunction (contact support)
